My question is if you mounted a white light on them, would this count for your navigational light? They would be brighter no doubt.

ATM--- If its not coast guard approved then you can get a ticket for it. More light never hurts but keep you regulation light in and turned on also... Just my advise after checking on this a while back. Wardens are looking for reasons to write a ticket.
GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Depends on the game warden & coast guard. I have go the ok on the red & green in the front but havent done anything on the rear. Mike at Bluewater LED offers a white kit of four lights on the power pole.
I dont have any purple at this time but will be adding some.
Thank you, Shawn Smith

Zach Caudle just have to run the wires to your power source. The lights are held on with a heavy duty 3M tape.
reggier- I wish this was my boat but the owner says in runs sweet.

When you get some red ones in Id love to have a set. Do you run them on a switch or just to the nav lights or courtesy lights?

I would run them on a seperate switch just to be safe. You can put it on one of your extra switches or I can get you a lighted red rocker switch.

I have noticed some people have their front running lights put into the rub rail. How is this done? Replace the whole rub rail? Or insets?

The ones that I have seen, they cut out the middle section on the rub rail.
Thank you, Shawn Smith
