Have a 2005 ZX 2400 Skeeter. Have two places to fill up the gas tanks on the transom. Which fuel spout do you use to fill the main tank the starboard or port side. Thanks

A buddy of mine has an '03 Skeeter and it has two gas tanks, one fill spout for each tank. There shouldn't be a "main tank", just one on each side.
Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he'll die of lead poisoning inside of 3 years.

TXHawg, thanks for your input My boat is (zx 2400) a bay boat and has a 60 gal tank and a 20 gal auxillary tank. That at least is my understanding. One fill spout fills the 60 gal tank and the other fills the 20 gal tank. I just don't know which fill spout to use for the 60 gal tank. Anyone with more info please help.

Look inside the boat and see which fuel line feeds the bigger tank.

if you put 20 gals in and none runs out, thats the big tank-- then get a loan and put 40 more gals in..then mark that filler--

If you put your fuel selector valve to both it doesn't matter which one you use it will even out for you. Mine has 2 25 gallon tanks and I use which ever is closer to the pump.
When in doubt SET THE HOOK!

Thanks for everyones input. I don't think my digital gas guage is working right. After looking inside the boat, the tanks are too far foward and not visible to the naked eye. Really did not want to put gas in the aux side. Anyway after 2 calls to the Skeeter factory, I was told the fill spout is on the port side. Amen! Thanks again for the input.
