Main lake is fine and so are the backs of some creeks but anything with a major creek feeding it is browned out and turbid in the back. Main lake dropped a few degrees, running 51-53 today after 54-56 Tuesday. NW @ 10-15 forecast somehow turned into NW @ 20-30 this afternoon, so the water color and level are different but the hurricane winds are just like they are every other day of the year on Fork it seems...

I think it is between 6 feet and 7 feet. The important thing, we have to look for the fish in the lake.

The more Fork fills up, the more water it will take to get to 403. I know the hwy 19 arm was bone dry and once the lake gets bigger the more water it will take to make a dent in the level. Most all the small lakes like sulphur springs lake is full and a lot of metromess small lakes are full. Now that the small ponds and creeks are full of water it can't do nothing but help the lake level @ fork. We need about 2 more episodes of what we just had and it should be full. Fork has some big creeks coming from the north that feed it, all the rain south of Fork doesn't count except for maybe dale creek.

Fork is 5 foot low now. But they are releasing for God knows why so don't expect any additional increase.
