The ramp is finished and it is really nice...but the park is not open yet. Looks like they just stopped working on it after the ramp was finished. They have all the curbs poured but the roads are still dirt.

The ramp hands down will be the best on EM sure wish they would hurry and open it up.

But man...I cannot imagine how stupid crowded that ramp is gonna be with every other ramp on the lake being stupid expensive other than shady grove...

On the Tarrant Regional web site it looks like they are shooting for Memorial Day for opening and a "nominal" fee will be charged.

When they announced the project, they said the ramp fee was to be $5. That should influence the competition.

Isn't is suppose to be a State Park?! If so then the Frees should be in line with other parks... about $5.00 I would think. With everyone using this new ramp, if parking is sufficient, then the other should be coming down in price eventually. Some of those other ramps SUCK!
