I know this is prolly a dumb question. But is a guided trip worth it?? Choke Canyon is where I want to go.

I'd say yes, if you go into it without spectacular fish expectations. If you catch some great fish that is great, just remember that they call it fishing, not catching. The best part about going with a guide (IMO) is learning the lake, techniques, etc.

Yes, Charles Whited would be a great choice.
