1994 Skeeter SS140 17'9" with a Merc 135 Black Max. This boat has an extreme butt pucker factor. Owned her for 7 years now and all I've done to her is regular maintenance. Motors fires up on the first tap of the key. My father inlaw hates it because it jumps out of the hole faster and runs just as fast as his ZX202c with a 200 yammie,so he can never catch me.

That is a sharp lookin skeeter! Thanks, I try to keep her looking good. Starting to get some gel coat fading on the top cap but I keep it waxed. I originally was looking for a 18ft boat with a 150 but when I saw this one and test drove it I had to have it. It was well taken care of and had the right color motor on the back!

I really like the look of the champions. Whats your experience with these boats and is parts and service still available since no longer building? Any issues with construction due to age? I am leaning toward a 17 foot when find. Also, anything to look out for as far as motors on them? Any place to quality one?
