I was at Medina Lake fishing a small creek when I hear this huge splash behind me, I turn around and this Doe has decided to launch into the water, at first I thought she was swimming from one side of the creek to the other but all she did was swim around in circles and get back out at the same spot she dove in from. She looked like a Lab swimming around in circles, pretty cool!

I dont know where goats bluff is. I thought the pic looked cool with all the timber out of the water in the background. That lake is over 50ft low! So yes bass city is way out of the water.

Very cool. I'll bet that area is pretty fishy when there's water in the lake.

Cool. I have seen this a couple of times out fishing. Once on Brownwood a whole herd swam across the arm. And at PK had a fawn come running down the bank bleating to high heaven like something was after it and hit the water running and swam to the other side of the arm.

That happened to me one time when a buck was running a doe she jumped in the lake and a buck jumped in right behind her. She swam out about 100 yards with the buck following her and then turned around went back to the shore and took off running still with the buck behind her and that was in March!
