I have a mid 90's 15hp and I can't figure out how to get the flywheel off. It doesn't have the 3 holes to use a flywheel puller, and it doesn't look like an internally threaded flywheel.

I don't recognize that flywheel but the way we remove some of the old Chrysler flywheels was to put the nut back on the shaft until it just covers the threads. Take a pry bar and carefully put upward pressure, from the underside of the flywheel, then strike the crankshaft with a dead blow hammer. Be carefull not to get too violent with the hammer because you do not want to damage the crankshaft.
Good Luck, Tommy Yetts Rockwall Marine
