Please excuse me, but I am a skeptic also. Will it work better when you use in in conjunction with the ph meter and color collector?

Roy I've been reading up on it the last month or so. It's made my "maybe" list. Matt- fish Zombie asked if you can hear that sound in your boat... After our recent trip we laughed that we think you can hear the sound in your sleep! We can live and die laughing or just choose to die- I choose to laugh! I just made that up.... Happy Fishing.

well I would like to see it work first hand, if someone has one or wants to ride along in my little boat. I will post the results. I think now would be the BEST time to try it as the fish are slow and deep (for the mostpart) so if you could get surface action from that in these conditions then I am a believer. Also in about 6 weeks you will be able to catch all the fish you want, so I think now is the time for it to prove itself... just think this thing and an umbrella rig you could be done fishing in about 10 min

You have to understand that this machine is not majic. It won't produce results every time. There are times it will work, but conditions have to be present to make it help. All that it does is play a recorded sound through an underwater speaker. These sounds are underwater recordings of actual baitfish scattering, fish feeding on baitfish, baitfish feeding on debris, and so on and so forth.... Now, when it is played in an area where there is no bait, but a few fish, it may draw fish near the boat to look around, but they wont school on top because there is no bait to feed on. Those fish will probabaly be in the mood to bite. When it is played where bait and fish are present it may make them feed and school because they think other fish are feeding and an easy meal is near at hand. When bait and fish are deep, they wont feed on top, but may down deep in the water column. The whole idea is to trigger a response. Certain sounds will do that. Thus the reason for rattles in baits and topwater blades. Like I said, if the conditions are right this unit will work, but it is not majic. This is just another tool in the box.

I had a thought while reading your post. I'm going to invent a top water trot line that I can tie a bunch of rattle traps on so when those fish hear that schooling sound they'll have something to eat on the surface. For the deeper fish will rig it with slabs! I'm kidding of course (I think...) but I completely get the point and the logic behind it all.... Thanks for sharing.

Hydrowave Electronic ?
What comes to mind the helicopter lure, banjo minnow, electronic red eye lure, Chuck Woolery Signature Moto frog, pocket fisherman, Bud Lure, as seen on T.V. etc., in a few years. I will save my money and upgrade my trolling motor!

UH huh ,fools and money are soon parted --
I've jumped into actively feeding fish actively listening underwater - you will hear mostly loud pops like breaking dry twigs, and clicks -
Sound such as beating the water and splashing will SOMETIMES bring in fish
Sound travels faster underwater than it does thru air - and mostly low frequencies are what fish hear thru ootolith chambers, as well vibrations are transmitted along lateral lines
Junk science aside even cigarette butts plopped on the water will attract fish at times

I will only say this, this is not the first time this has ever come up fish calls,I am just amazed that Kevin Vandam is attached to it, In any case what people will do for cash! Tedd Williams had a branded fish caller it will work as good as this one and it is only 10.00 on ebay, Same claim! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ted-Williams-vintage-Sears-Fish-Call-attractor-/190598059683If it makes you more confident and you fish harder it works if you do not believe it will never work that all I got to say!
