Hey guys,
been a long time since I've been on here... haven't been doing much fishing or tying, but still think about it at times. I've been looking for a cheap source of bead-chain eyes for a while now, and I found some at Elliot's Hardware in Plano, by Coit and Park. I bought some #10 and #13 bead chain for about 0.99 per foot for #10 and $1.49/ft for the #13. The #10 is about perfect for most clousers... the #13 should make some cool looking "big-eyed" clousers. I should tie some and post some pics.

I tied a couple clousers, one with the #13 and one with the #10 bead chain:

One really neat thing about the #13 eyes is that they really rattle a lot!!! I mean it rattles substantially more than the #10 eyes.
