Fished the area around the kayak launch for an hour this morning but didn't get a bite. Is there any decent fishing on the Trinity (or anywhere else in Arlington other than Randol Mill) through Arlington. Caught a few cats off of Greenbelt a few years ago but it is a little difficult getting down to it now.
Any help is appreciated.

The yak launch is easily accessible and there are areas to walk the bank to find holes.
(before the rain) I walked 1 1/2 down to the very beginning of the paved trail (to the west)and found rapids and what appeared to be deep holes but I didn't have anything to fish with but it also looked fairly easy to navigate down to the river.
