could anyone suggest some decent spots to try for flatheads in the guadalupe. are there any spots aroud 35?

I grew up fishing the river from spring branch to welfare.
There are some nice holes. But near 35 I've heard Dunlap is good.
If you go to San Antonio fishing forum there some good guys that
Awalys fish dulap from the bank,. And they do real well.

i would second the river at canyon lake. i know some folks catch some catfish in dunlap but i have never had too much luck.
