I'm sorry... I thought you said Lake Worth.
The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion.

Heck of a fish for ole Wally, congrats! Lake Worth has a great bass population, it usually takes better than 16+ lbs to win our 3 hour workingman tournaments from March to September and we have quite a few fish in the 7-9 lb range weighed yearly. I'd say its also a pretty popular fishing lake, as we draw over a 20 boat average for 20+ weeks of Wednesday night tournaments.. last year we even had a few nights that drew over 40 boats! That makes Lake Worth the highest drawing workingmans tournament in the DFW area. Not to shabby for a Lake commonly refereed to as a polluted mud hole. Another thing to remember, they'll suck EM and Bridgeport dry to keep Worth at no more than 3.5 ft low due to water supply needs, its as close to a constant level lake as we have around here these days!
Lake Worth Workingmans Tournaments Every Wednesday from April 2nd to end of August $50 entry + $10 Side Pot - 100% Payout 6pm - 9pm

Great fish, especially for January. I've fished Worth a lot in the 8 years I've lived in Ft. Worth, with a best of 7.5 Lb. Really good job on your part!
In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.
