I've been hearing this for years. Looks like it's going to finally happen.

I can't see how this will be beneficial to any fish population. Looks like pleasure boaters will be the only beneficiary.

Guys I am not sure this is a good thing....you start changing the environment and changes sometimes arent good? On the other hand.....possible deeper water might help some of the catfish population. Removing stumps is not going to help the fishing. Might really change fishing over there for sometime.......

At the very least this is going to stir up tons of 100 year old sediment. I am really surprised an environmental impact study was not done. Maybe we need to see if we can find a few alligator snapping turtles living in the lake so we can get the epa involved.

Yea the water might be deep enough for the fish to swim in a few more years.

As long as they don't head into the Nature Center the fish will be fine.

somebody sed call the EPA? ... the EPA can't find their own buttt with both hands ... besides they don't shut anything down unless it would help destroy the economy to shut it down
