 extension handle for MG Varimax

Recently bought the 24v varimax at BP.75lb. Have been unable to find anextension handle that will fit on the shaft. I ahve tried all the usual places however even MG does not have a recommendation. I need one that breaks in the middle so I can control from above the motor head. Ideas would be appreciated.

I had a Bigfoot TM extension on my old TM. When I bought the Varimax with the 1.25 inch shaft a little file work on the Bigfoot bracket to get it on good enough to start the bolts was all it took. The bracket expanded as I tightened the bolts and formed to fit the shaft. Good luck.
