I bought my boat last summer and it has a Eagle Fish Mark 320 on it. It works just fine, but I am wondering if it is worth upgrading.
I am sure the newer fish finders are better, but are they that much better?
Should I spend the money on something new or just go with this one?
If do upgrade I am not looking at buying anything too fancy, maybe something with a color screen and down imaging.

I would look for a used side imaging you can get a used unit for the price of a new Colorado down imaging I would save your money and get the bigger screen I bought a 797 and am already wanting to upgrade and I haven't had this one for a year yet its most defiantly worth the.money

If all depends on your type of fishing. If you are a bank beater then you only need to know how deep it is where you are sitting. However, if you fish lots of sturcture or cover then you can't have electronics too good.
