I changed out the plugs in my HPDI yesterday and all of the looked just about the exact same I haven't changed them out in the 3 years I have owned the boat and don't know when they were changed before I got it (2005 model)

To me, not that bad for it's age. But it was time to change them all out.

Has long as those deposits aren't metal that's not too bad. Definitley time to change.
