I have a 2000 yamaha vmax 200hp, How to do I turn up or increase the idle, when I am just sitting still looking at my graph etc. my motor will die if I am not slightly pushing on my hot foot and giving it gas, besides that my yamaha runs like a champ

sounds like some injectors are clogged up. when was the last time they were cleaned and you had all your fuel lines replaced including filters and pulse fuel pump?

If it is a carb motor there is an adjustment screw on the starboard side of the motor on the linkages. It is a single screw you can adjust to raise the rpms.

Could be a sign of manual fuel pump diaphram starting to leak. Halfway up the throttle arm, horizontal screw that has orange paint. Have seen them back off. Needs to have some resistance to turning. If not put a light shot of locktight on the threads.
