I have replaced both of the relays and they are clicking when you puch the tilt button. Battery is good. What now? Any help would be grateful.

Clean the main voltage connections to the relays and get a voltmeter(visual and audio don't cut it)

The trim motor is probabaly bad take the two heavy gauge wires that come out of relays disconnect them and hook wire to positive and blue wire to ground and it should go up if not the trim motor is bad you can check the down side by reversing the wires Hope this helps OPTI
