We are making these 1/8oz BULLET rigs with additional flash! 2 small willow leaf blades added means more flash and vibration. These ought to be the cats meow when fishing for white bass and or stripers. $15 to your door. We take paypal and check or money order. Paypal is Brackeen@clearwire.net. Address is Wayne Brackeen. 4021 cove road Waco tx 76705

OK - I gotta ask, why would you need a rig like this to catch sand bass? I have caught 3 at a time and it's a pain in the ars. As for hybrids, well.... Just asking, seems I saw this same or similar contraption on a green fish show.

To help trigger more bites during the times when fishing is tough, Most people are using these rigs when the fish are suspended. Seems they are more apt to go for a small school of baitfish instead of just one bait. And as we all know, when fishing with a partner you want to catch more than them. Some trips are just you and a buddy on a simple outting that turns into an all out 2 person bragging rites tournament, I want to help you win that tournament!

Those things are awesome. Imagine throwing one into a pile of 6 lb hybrid schooling under birds. I've caught 2 at a time before and they nearly tore the reel off the rods. Imagine 5 at a time - a 1 cast limit on Tawakoni

I just looked at the pics again. What and where do you add the lure? All I saw was a couple of willow spinners. I'm clueless. Do you add what you want?

I've been watching for a while. those things look like something I use surf fishing. I've used umbella rigs trolling, but they're much bigger. out of curiosity, how long are the wires? are they stainless? I might just try a couple of those for dead sticking.

Wires are "music wire" spring steel. The wires on the sides are about 4 1/2" and the one in the center is about 5".
There are 5 swivels that you can attach pretty much any kind of bait that you want. Most people are using 4 to 5 inch swimbaits or fluke type plastics.
And they are a twist off of the umbrella rigs that are mainly used in saltwater.

Russ I'm a web based tackle shop and keep hearing Patent Infringement?? My other job is in the textile industry and delt with Patents all the time?
Seems to be very hard/expensive to patent a fishing lure?? I hear Manns bought the alabama company and plans to enforce the patent? Interested in your thoughts.

There is a patent on the Alabama rig. It is actually for a screwlock worm weight. I received a letter stating that the words "The Alabama Rig" were trademarked. At which point I changed how I was presenting them. I signed the letter and sent it back to thier lawyer. I also tried to call several times to no avail. I was also told that if you change a product by 7% then it is jot binded to another product. I am not in any way associated with the original design. I give the guy credit and applaud him on his success's. I also do not own a bait company, my father is retired and has always enjoyed making his own baits. I showed him the lures and he started making them as a way to generate some extra money. My father makes them, my mother is in charge of payments and shipping, and I just keep the posts updated and answer questions to help them out. They also check my pm's and help with any ordering questions. Hope this helps
