Never been on JP heading out tomorrow @ noon. My understanding is most Sandies are small which if fine, just want to C&R a few while out there. Any info would be appreciated.

At last visit they were between 25 and 30 feet. Just like in retail - location, location, location. Only location = structure.

Went last Thuraday and found them in 35' on the Lynn Creek side, they were under the birds in front of the park away from the boat ramp.I'll be out there Thursday if the wind isn't to bad.

I tried today and couldn't find them in any of the usual or recent spots. The birds were being lazy too and wouldn't get off their butts to help find them. Today = zero bites

Today reminds me of last Friday - north wind and no bite. I tried several spots and found fish stacked on bottom. Those fish wanted nothing to do with my bait.

I've never done well on that lake, so I stopped going. Kinda want to try again though.

Can you still launch a boat at Britton Park?

Don't worry about the mule, just load the cart

Britton shuts down during the winter months, it usually opens at the end of February or the first of March.

Britton has been unusable due to low water.Hopefully when it opens in March there will be enough water to drive a boat without hitting stumps.
