 Ladder for Nitro Center Console

What type of ladder could I attach to my Nitro Center console. It has a small area in the back left side that is open. I dont want one that is too large and I want to be sure I can get back on the boat.

I was in Boater's World last night looking at the same thing. I am planning on getting a telescoping 3-step ladder that attaches permanently to the transom on the left. Bout $100.
