1Tah ha ha if you find out that secret will you let me know lol But I throw a drop shot fluke (watermellon red ) and for a weekend fisherman (good ole spinnerbait) good luck in your research !!!!!

for numbers I would say a squarebill and a dropshot,for all around size and numbers spinnerbait, for big fish a jig or big worm and frog. But that being said all these have their time and place I'm sure we've all been in a situation where you can't buy a bite on a worm but are wearing them out on a crank or vice versa. Good luck on finding the BEST bait.

footbal head jig, flipping jig, finesse jig, shakyhead, spinnerbait, topwater, jerkbait, swimbait, trap.........and last but not least CASTNET The last two, that's what Robby Rose said

I would think that a Texas rigged worm has caught more Bass than just about anything else.

I wonder what specific t rigged worm actually holds the most catches. It eould be cool to see a survey done on it.

You have to decide which is more important.

Really the best bait is the one you have confidence in. You are going to work it better and not second guess yourself.

technically speaking, a kentucky rig works very well. What is a K rig you ask? its a half pound weight with a half stick of dynamite, a long fuse, and a book of matches lol. seriously, best bait is the one you catch the most fish on.
