Best reel for the money! Especially for the $25 Black Friday special! Free over the counter return/exchange too!

I have mine on a 7' carrot stick ml , and I throw square bills and small topwaters with it .... Works great , however don't start trying to compare it to a curado or revo .....

The best reel for the money in my opinion. I have two of them. but like they said its not compared to a curado or like a citica. be a good back up reel or, reel to keep at home. All my better reels i keep in the boat. The H20 Ethos rods are good too. Did you get the camo one or the grey one? They make camo rods to match the reels that are pretty neat looking, and the fish cant see it haha.

I've got 4 of them. Like everyone else said, for the money you won't find a better reel. Compares to many expensive reels. Obviously, if you want to spend lots more money, you can definitely get better reels like a revo. But I love the Mettles for sure!

I used mine for the first time today... Right along side my revos, and it was smooth...

Pake has a couple of them and likes them better than his Citicas. They have lasted well, I have to say. He likes to use them for pitching as he puts his thumb under the thumb-bar after a pitch and it engages the reel. I tried it on all my non H2O reels and it only works on the H2O's

I have 3 of them. I use them more than my other reels. Had one mess up, exchanged for a new one, no questions asked. They even took my line off the old one, and put it on the new one. I will not hesitate to use one.

I have three of them, bought another for $25 on Black Friday. They are good little reels, mine are a bit noisy after a few months...but for what I use them for, they are just fine.
