Well me and my buds hit the fishing barge to rent our boat around 9:30a.m. While the boat was being fueled up and brought ut of storage we double checked our equipment so we would have no failures while on the lake. After 30min. we were on the lake and trying to figure out where were we going to start. The morning winds were pretty strong at first all the way up till around 1p.m. or so so it was kinda of hard to keep a good slow steady drift but still managed. Caught the first catch of the day but unfortunately my buddy drop the ball by not hurrying up in getting the kitty in the boat that when he went to reach for it the kitty fell out of his hands and back in the lake. After that little accident we had a steady good bites left and right caught acouple of eaters and my friend had the blast of setting his first PB @ 27lbs. Proud of him for getting it done. After 3p.m. it died down and was a dead still water no wind no bites. But all in all it was a great day out on the lake. Time well spent and needed! Will post pics later.
