I really like using smaller tupperware containers. Buy the clear ones so you can see what's in them and also label the tops to identify each one quicky. Keep a couple extra ones for when you fish out of a buddy's boat. Then you can throw all your favorite lures in a couple containers and you're good to go.

Plus you can fit a ton of them in one compartment of the boat best way I have used so far each bag has certain baits and labeled on top.
