I caught five more At Holland Lake today in about an hour. That is 3 limits plus one 3 fish stringer in 4 outings. These were all on Power Bait.

Fished Huaco Springs and limited out using Powerbait. Others were getting bites on Corn, Spinners, and Powerbait as well! Today's Pictures.

Any reports at miller pond in San Antonio? I had no luck last year the few times I went compared to the previous years. Is Brackenridge better?

Any reports at miller pond in San Antonio? I had no luck last year the few times I went compared to the previous years. Is Brackenridge better? Millers ponds biting started this week finally mostly powerbaits . Brackenridge they haven't stocked yet.

Fished Waterloo in Denison. Was able to close out 2011 with a limit of Rainbow Trout! Today's Pictures.

I got a limit today following Smithhaven's method pretty closely. Not too much luck for other folks. They really wanted the sparkly red trout dough and didn't bite on anything else I threw at them. Surprised how good the size is this year.

I am sending my husband on a fishing trip with his buddy for his christmas present. I found out that Bob Sandlin state park was stocked with trout on Dec. 15. they are going tomorrow morning. Does anyone know where I can get info. about which part of the lake is good for bank fishing? Schedule is up gentlemen! Trout Stocking Schedule Looking forward to catching the little missiles again this year. Will be getting the light tackle out with 2-4lb line. Superdupers are hard to beat within a week of stocking. Share your tips and your luck at certain places, Mesquite was tough last year, Prosper and Garland was awesome.

The direction on the TPW "Northwest of Prosper off FM 1461" is not very helpful. What is the nearest intersection? Thank you for your help.

Quick question:
Can Plano citizens to trout fish the Ablon Park Pond in Garland? The schedule says the stocking is on the upcoming Sunday, and I and a couple of friends are thinking to give it a try. Thanks.

No,Garland police check drivers license at the corner at Guthrie Rd. before you enter the park.
Not really,I did not catch many last year I think the birds got most of them

Went to Ablon Park the last two years...I think it's too deep. Did not get a bite either year. Best place to get them is in Frisco.
