What's the best way to sink a Christmas tree? Never done it and just looking for a little advice.

Tie concrete block to bottom of tree, add plastic jug to the top to keep it up right and sink. (Sorry Mack)
Then add some stick condos for good measure...
Then fish thumb

I drop christmas trees just about every yr. Anchor em with cinder blocks, they sink and settle into a muddy lake bottom and hold the trees securely. Lot of crappie in my trees from last yr and yr before. They work
