Tour Star maybe?

Don't know about a web address, but there's some contact information at the end of this article: http://www.angling-international.com/tour-star-introduces-first-replaceable-rod-grips-2/

Tour Star is a new rod company started by Bob Brown formerly of American Rodsmiths. I don't think he has rods yet. Kim Smith fomerly of American Rodsmith is now President of Titeline Rods which is located in Houston. That website is www.titelinerods.com They have some very nice rods that are priced within reason!
