It starts on the first pull everytime, no hesitations whatsoever. When I take off, it spits and sputters until the front of the boat planes out then it'll go real good. When I either stop, or even slow down and then punch it, it repeats this same process. Bad gas maybe? I don't know as I have gone through numerous fill ups, and get the same results everytime. I don't want to assume it's the water pump, because that thing shoots water like a faucet. Don't know what else it could be.. Thanks for the input.

And yes, It does this all day too, it's warmed up, and still does it..
