 KVD Cranking Rod, opinions?

Thing of getting the cranking Rod from KVD. I wanted to get some opinions of those who have or are using them, compared to others in the same price range. $150

i got the 7' and like it. i use it a lot with sq bills and med divers.

I have 2 7'4" medium that i use for everything from 1 oz. Traps -squarebills-dd-22 and absolutely love them wouldn't even think of using any other rod.I rip alot of traps with 30 lb. Braid and have caught plenty of big fish including my biggest stringer 4 fish 27 lbs.

I have one of the KVD Signature Series cranking rods, and I love it. I got it on sale for $50. I walked into BPS planning on the Tour model, but this rod for the price was what I ended up with.

I use a med/heavy 7'10" Crankin Stick from Bass Pro Shops and really like it. And it is not as expensive as the KVD. I fish alot of crankbaits, especially in the summer on really windy days when fishing main lake is out of the question. Bart

I have the 7 10 KVD one and it is great. But you really cannot use it for anything but cranking. Once you get a fish on it does not come off, has the perfect bend to it for cranks. Sure is long though! LOL

7'4" with a Winch. My favorite crankin rod by far. Just picked up a 7'10" and can't wait to throw a Winch on it.
