Big thanks to Whiskey Bob, Phillip w/ RSR Lures & BlueNitro for a great time yesterday! As others have said, Texoma is on fire right now.. Had no problem getting our overs, just couldn't find enough box fish to finish out our limit..

Kudos to Whiskey Bob for towing in a guy that was dead in the water on our way back in, you did a good deed!

WB & Phillip on WB's nice new ride..

I rode w/ Ron for the day, BlueNitro, and..

He put us on the fish!

I have GOT to get me one of these things! Ron got his ipilot installed this week and we put it to good use.. Spot lock = very cool feature!!

Whiskey Bob put me on fish, but, he was being stingy and wouldn't put me on a big'un.
He caught the overs and I caught most of the unders and a few of the sandies.

All in all a great day.

Sea-Pro Todd, next time you see Whiskey Bob he has a package from RSR for you.

Just curious as to which end the fish seem to be concentrated, just trying to decide where to launch tomorrow. East(Dam), Middle, West...thanks in advance, Lucky

it was tough today. if anyone tells you they had a good day, don't believe it. don't know if it was the full moon, colder temps, or what, but even the birds were asleep. we stuck at it, and finally got on some fish in the afternoon. boats were searching all over for fish today. did not see many being caught. did see one caught that was close to 15 pounds. the fish we finally caught were really nice ones. no unders, all overs.
thanks scott for staying with us.

well for this morning (Saturday) it was tough for us also. Bill Davis and his wife Tammy joined me today. Got to Highport at 8:30, head toward the lake and turn right (East) looking for birds. Sharp eyed Tammy found them from a far far distance just North of TI point. First two drops for Tammy landed two over fatty stripes. The birds quickly ran off after the loons and then gathered again further South. Went after them and Bill landed a really nice one, then Tammy boated one a second afterward. Then birds dissappeared. Sky cleared up, winds died, we went everywher and caught nada grin Thats all I got.

Total 4 over stripes the first 30 mins on the water. The rest of the day...SKUNKED! lol! Water temp 52 degrees like Friday. The full moon, blue bird sky and almost zero wind made it tough! Or maybe I suck badly when hero season is over?? hehehe

Yaffe, I called you when we were on them early but got your voicemail.

Hey thanks again Chris!! Your group caught them all when we made it a "cross" to the lake grin

Some braggin pics from this morning.

This what we just had for dinner, baked striper with crawfish etufee. Delicious!!

Triton, just curious what problem you were having.. I was with Ron in the Blue Nitro that was trailing Whiskey Bob's boat and we saw him pull up and head your way but I never heard if it was motor problems or something else..
