For various reasons, I have decided, if I can put it together, that I will be retiring to LBJ. I'll be fishing there, with side trips to Buch. Of course, I'll have to put things together, but hopefully, I'll be moving in the summer or fall. I've decided that Granite Shoals is my best bet. I will be targeting stripers/hybrids/whites, but plan on taking up catfishing and perch jerkin. Any info that you might care to give, is appreciated. I'm also a hunter so any help on day hunts for does/exotics/hogs will also be appreciated. Friends are appricated too. capt david
Sorry for the triple post, but I thought that I might get more response if I posted it here also.

All with about equal weight:
Proximity to civilization and jobs(for my wife)
Proximity to Buchannan (for me)
Affordable housing and city utilities (for both)
Constant level lake with easy access to launch a boat and some shore and pier fishing
A decent amount of sandies, cats, crappie with the occasional striper/hybrid.
Relatively close to where I live now and to where I hunt
