I had Gary Mosley and his friend Kim, from Houston, out for a day on Gibbons Creek. The morning started out with a beautiful sunrise. Due to the cold weather they wanted to start at 9:30am. By that time it had warmed up to 38 degrees with a lite SE wind. We stopped at one place and fished toward some chum that I had put out before they got there. Bite was slow, so they turned and fished the other side of the boat, away from the chum and there were the fish. They ended up catching their limit of 50 fish by 1pm.

All fish caught in 4-8 foot water, using tight lines, on CJ's crawdad punch bait.

How well does CJ's stay on when tight lining? My dad and I used to use blood bait all the time and it came off very easily fishing like that. I have used CJ's a little but never tight lining.

CJ's stays on the hook great for tight lining, way better than blood bait, and it catches a lot of fish too, more than I ever caught on blood bait anyway.
