Does any know who and how much it will cost to fix a manifold absolute pressure sensor in my ecu. Motor is a mercury 150 efi.

I think the sensor is not working all the time causing my gas to run lean.

Thanks

You cant fix it, but I have a 150 EFI ECU just like yous only in good working condition. 450.00 plus your ecu gets it. Thanks Cary 281-312-9856

I thought if the map sensor acts up it will cause the ECU to go full rich. I would check the TPS and everything on the fuel supply. You can have lots of things cause a lean condition.

What year model is this motor? Having a vacume hose to the ECU. Should`nt be any gas and oil coming out of it.

You need to put your motors serial # at http://www.mercurypartsexpress.com I am suspicious of the hose to the ECM. You can see what # ECM is suposed to be on your motor.
