Looking for advice on where to start.

I have a 1995 Johnson 150 Saltwater Series.

The issue, the oil alarm is sounding and its not getting fuel.
The bulb/pump on the oil tank is solid as a rock, it can't be pumped it's so hard.

The fuel bulb/pump won't get hard.
These problems started at the same time, so that leads me to believe they both are the result of one issue.
The boat will start and run as long as someone is pumping the fuel pump, when they stop, it will idle until it uses the fuel and die, or the oil alarm goes off.

I'm pretty mechanically inclined, so unless it's an internal issue I plan to repair it myself, just looking for advice on where to start.
I do have the book on the engine and am browsing it now.

Had basically the same symptoms with my Johnson 110. It turned out to be the fuel bulb. After I installed the new one, I cut the old one open. It had a couple of small plastic parts inside that had come loose. They were just rolling around in the bulb. From what I understand, this is a common problem. Luckily, it's cheap to fix. I would try that first.

First is it a fuel or oil alarm? A solid alarm is either no fuel flow or a high temp alarm. A beeping alarm is on the oil side of things. A slow beep (once every 20 seconds or so) is low oil in the reservoir. A fast beep (every 2 seconds or so) is no oil flow.

Since you're pointing to the fuel bulb as the possible culprit, I'm assuming you have a fuel alarm. Look for loose or broken ratchet clsmps where the fuel line attaches to anything. Also look for cracked fuel line. Anywhere that air can get into the system is a problem. When I change the fuel bulb, I always change the line as well. Check/change the in-line filter under the cowl. You want to eliminate everything possible before you start really suspecting the OMS pump. If you're sucking air when it is running, you're running a lean fuel mixtrue and could be doing damage to your engine. By the same token, if this is the case, you may be also over oiling, so you could also end up with fouled plugs.

You nailed it on the head.
Removed the fuel bulb yesterday to check it and it was bad, put a new one on it and it fired and ran like new.
