Store the boat with the motor trimmed down. As long as you dont have any water in your lower unit thats all you need to do!

drop it down, if you think it might be a little frozen, maybe use a good hair dryer on it for a few to see if you get a dribble, if you do, keep using it till it stops

Yep, tilt the engine down. Use an air hose to blow out any and all live well lines, sure enough I always get a little water out. better to take 10 minutes to do that, than have to mess with a busted hose later on.

wouldn't hurt to turn the motor over a couple of times to blow the water out of the block.
pull the kill switch first!!!!

I wrap mine with an electric blanket. As for the rest of the boat. I switch the bilge/live well pumps on for a few to push any water out. Make sure the plug is out. You should be good to go.

If no electric blanket, use just use a short string of old incandesent xmas lights..they are already outdoor rated.....a couple lights near the bilge to protect the livewell pumps and a few wrapped round the lower unit. No FREEZE up. Unplug from your GFI rated AC outlet after freeze spell passes.
