It was a great afternoon of fishing, not so great with the I pilot taking a dump.
Thanks to a heads up from Chuck Rollins we were on hybrids all afternoon.
Birds, loons and pelicans led the way, we found fish near the dam, north of Crappie island and between Crappie island and Star Harbor.
No pictures, we were too busy, weighed one fish and it went 7-1.
Snaggin Steve was impressed.
Dead assassins and sassy shad from www.moestackleshop.com were all we used.

Way to go George! Glad you got Steve out too, I was thinking about him the other day when we were catching hybrids not far from his house.

Snaggin Steve was indeed impressed. I pilot or not George as always kept us on the fish. Fun day. I shuddder to think how good it would be if only we could get enough rain to start filling up the lake.
