Don't panic just yet, fellers.. I caught em good on Monday, and even my brother caught em on Tuesday. And a lot of folks did catch em yesterday..

But it ain't been the gravy we been used to, that's for sure.. Seems like you gotta be in the right spot at the right time throwing the right bait..

I have four deep divers tied on.. Norman DD's in Chartruse Killer, Glo Perch, and Bubble Bee, all the same basic color.. And the Strike King XD in Sexy Shad.. If you get around em, they'll eat one of em..

Think rocks and rockpiles.. You can catch some in the bushes, but they are not in the trees like usual..

I just fired up a Patagas Robusto, hey, not to shabby, and the Spring Bank ani't bad either!!!
We've got a 4 state snow storm kicking our butts up here right now thru next week. I sure hope some of the water will make it your way this spring!
I can't wait for my spring kitchen-pass to be valid!

The best fishing trip I ever had was at Falcon I think three years ago when the lake was just like this but it was the beginning of the spawn. I went back to the exact same flat a year later and my flat was in the middle of the lake.

Only took 2 pics. My wife caught her PB, a 7 lb'er way up there in the green brush in March.

Yep, I was there last March and that's the type of cover we caught them in on a Zoom Ol' Monster.
Snowing like crazy here now as well as Colorado, Arizona and Utah. I sure hope we get a good snow pack this year and send you guys some water this spring!

Someone sent it to my wifes email and she sent it to me. I laughed so hard I almost did the same thing. I thought the sound was faked until the very end of the video.

Sounds like the lake is turning. The moon phases were also pathetic. If you need more excuses let me know.

My wife just came in and said her work, she is a traveling nurse, has already asked her if she would be willing to extend her stay until the end of May. I almost sat down and cried. She asked me what I thought and I could hardly contain my joy, but I did say, "It's up to you, but I'll go along with extending if that's what you really want to do". 5 more months of fishing Falcon, God I love that woman.

I would love her too if she was my wife. LOL That is so funny. Man you have it made.
