Never met you but I kinda figured you were like all the comments on here indicate. Not sure what the post was about, but best wishes, have a Merry Christmas and may you & everyone else on here have an even more prosperous New Year in 2012!

I just saw this and was thinking the whole time I was reading all the posts where people were feeling sorry for Chris, that Chris sure wasn't feeling sorry for himself. Just not in him.

I was also thinking when Pack posted what he did about Chris being his best friend, that Chris is a lot of people's best friend. I certainly consider him one of my best friends and I have two boys that would tell you the same about him.

Just a very unselfish, class guy.

Seriously one of the best people I know. Generosity has no limits where he's concerned. My thoughts and prayers go out to you my friend. I know what it's like to have a crappy year too so here's praying yours get better as well.

J.P., what the ???? 2011 has been a great year for me. Aside from having to sue someone over a bad real estate parnership and losing the use of my right hand for a month, it couldn't have been much better. Heck, who catches two 14 pound bass and kills two 200+ inch whitetails in nine months?
Rest assured that I am just fine but I sincerely appreciate all your prayers and well wishes. The TFF family is amazing!

Happy Holidays everyone and I will see those of you who attend at Monticello on the 10th.

Heck, I take it all back now sarcastic...That is a BANNER year on the Bass and Bucks! Now somebody needs to pray for me!!! Im depressed over my 2011!!! cheers

In hindsight I probably should have titled this post a little different - got a bunch of texts and emails from people really concerned about The Manther. I know Old Fuzzy took on a lot this year and I just wanted to remind him of the impact he has on people around him. The guy has an awfully big heart and deserves a pat on the back every now and again.

The solution to any problem - work, love, money, whatever - is to go fishing, and the worse the problem, the longer the trip should be. --John Gierach

All kidding aside, he is one of those few people you meet in life. The kind that would rather do something for you than for themselves. That is very hard to find these days, and when you do, rather it be a friend or in business, you aline yourself with them. Because people like that will always be by your side thru thick and thin.
It just makes me proud and blessed to call him my friend. Thanks for all the help you have given me down the road buddy.
