As far as species, my wife and I are all about the bass. Looking forward to catching some larger ones. The 16' will get the job done and there's a lot of people who have them, but when the wind gets howling (which in the summer is quite frequent) on some of the larger reservoirs here in the state, you'll sure wish you had a bigger boat.

15minutes away from that lake side location there are plenty of townhome rentals .

We are staying at Candlewood Suites for about a month while we try to find a place to rent on a more permanent basis. Any storage facility recommendations where I can store my boat? Don't want it to stay in the hotel parking lot.
