That's the biggest problem I can see with the Alabama rig is that people who have no respect for conservation and the law can catch large numbers of fish and get off the water quickly to evade being caught. But than again, not to bright to post on a public forum what your doing.

Maybe that you DIDN'T break the law with your new toy or that you were fishing some guys pond that needed harvesting. Something to explain what is generally a disturbing picture for those that care about our sport. Instead being a complete a$$ seems to be your only response.

I felt the same way. I couldn't believe people were praising him for killing so many bass. I thought maybe it was just a joke or something along those lines. Like he found the picture online somewhere or those bass were shocked and then released or something. I was hoping to hear some clarification as to why those fish weren't killed. I was wondering about the 5 fish limit as well. Disturbing.

i hope one day he gets caught if it was illegal. TP&W would write him a big fat ticket. I am glad that I teach my son better than that. Even a 8 year old know better

So just so I'm clear; you harvest what appears to be an illegal amount of bass from an unspecified lake using the newest 'hot' and somewhat controversial lure. Someone asks for clarity, hoping there's some reasonable explanation for what looks like a quick way to ruin our sport and your only response is some semi-intelligible smart-elic quip. Am I up to speed?
