Does anyone have contact info or an address as to where I need to send my broken rod. Has anyone had any difficulty of them warranting them? All info and help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 and they work great. 1 is the crankin rod and the other is the heavy cover. Great rods for the price for sure.

Thanks for the info. I think for the money that these are the best rods on the market. I just need to get mine replaced.

How do ya'll that have these rods keep the ceramic in the tip eye? I have had 2 of them and have had the same problem with both. Don't want to pay 30.00 more per rod for warranty so I guess they are just trash??? Also, the Jig/Worm series rod the reel seat screw part stripped out for some reason and the reel gets loose as you fish. I have both in the garage leaning against the wall.
