Been thinking about this lately. I'm 62 and in good shape and I'm pretty sure I can fish until into my 80's if I stay healthy. Not talking about fishing for crappie off the end of a dock-talking about full tilt bass fishing out on the lake.

We have a retired lawman in our club that is 82. He fishes by himself and still wins tournaments.

I plan on fishing until the wheels fall off. I hope that is at least in my 90's.

I know a 75 year old couple from Waco that won anglers of the year this year In C.A.S.T. central division.

My granddad stopped bass fishing at 89. He was taking Eric Wright out on Fork to fish tournaments in his 80's.

I turn 60 in January and I am wondering the same thing.

Dont stop there Jerry or I will pass you, I will turn 60 in May and if I have anything to say about it, they will have to still strap me in the boat and push me off as I will fish until I can't anymore. I do know that 2 day tournaments are starting to get harder to do, but I still show up.

My Grandfather is 91 and he is still fishing regularly. His father lived to be 96 and fished almost to the end.

Great answers guys, really. For myself, I'm gonna fish until I just can't anymore because its what I live for and can't imagine life without doing it.
