Chris doesn't bother with bait, at least if he did he wouldn't mention it on here ! He lives & dies by the lure & that's tuff on Texoma a good part of the year. We were out there fishing lures Friday & Saturday and caught a bunch of little fish around the birds, only a few bigger ones. Man there sure are a lot of birds with not a ton of fish under them. That wind was a beating all day Fri & Sat.

Can you please share what part of the lake is best. I usually put in at Platter and fish around Washata point and the bridge.

they are all over the lake but although i'm not fishing there i assure you that those areas will more than likely treat you well. go get em
