Looks a little swollen, hope you iced it after your excursion. It was doing pretty well yesterday. First day back to work today and it's swelling again. Icing it now.

Ibuprofen is your friend for that ankle, that plus ice and rest. Easier said than done though.

I've heard of this trail, but don't know where it is at. I'm close (Oak Point) and have always wanted to explore it.
