Thanks for the pic. I honestly didn't expect her to be that big when she hit. Guess we should have put her on some scales. OOOPPPSSS, the white frog is laying on the deck. You guys didn't see that.  How did you two do in the tourney?

The Last I fished was the Oct BLT. Was not good with the 35mph wind .

He and his partner were fishing a tournament out of Wichita Falls. The wind was not kind to them on Saturday. They broke their trolling motor on Friday and had to drive to Abilene to get a new one for Saturday.

Based on the Frames of some of the fish I have caught out of Hubbard this summer I think we will see a new lake record this spring. I have seen several 26-27" fish that will be 12+ preSpawn. Hopefully I can catch them again when there fat.

Allen let it get into a dock and broke the head..I told him we could call you and head to Abilene for another one...  Wind was not nice to us..we had to catch around 8 #'s Sunday to just get even with the leader from Sat..so we put our tails between our legs and came home..  Thanks for your help..

You're welcome. My pleasure to help out. I think that breaking two trolling motors in 2 days was enough for sure. Sorry about the luck...... Looks like Allen will have to get the old one fixed and back on now.
Shawn,,,, I'm with you on that one. This was one super thick beauty. There will be a SAL caught there this Spring. Spike's went 12.97 and she's back in there.
