 Can you tell me what this part is called on my evinrude?

this is the part its off of my 79 115hp evinrude its the electric choke fo some reason it it keeps popping out of the little canister so everytime i have to put it back inside worked great for awhile then just started doing it on the lake one day also if u got one laying around ill buy it from you marine shop here in bryan is way to expensive.

That is the choke solenoid. The part that normally moves in and out is called the plunger.
I also bleed maroon. Class of '90.

LOL no i took off the throttle cable and the idle cable and i placed the bolt there.
