I called regarding a warrenty question. It was nice to know that the little forms we fill out and send in, they actually use them to register you in there system. They were able to quickly pull my info up and help me out. Plus, I was able to get a live person on the phone quick. I am slowly growing my Duckett arsenal and so far very pleased.
