Bridgeport was fishing really good up to a week or so ago. I think those rains we got messed it up for a while. She'll come back around in a week or two. Sandies are schooling on the flats around the Methodist Camp area.

You can usually find a few on the eastside of the 380 bridge.

I use to catch a lot of crappie there also. Is Rollins still alive?

He is still around. Got rid of a bunch of his docks. Really good fishing in the spring time

Thought I'd slip off to Bridgeport for a few hours this morning, looks as if I would have the hole place to myself.....2 dead batteries....and the place is still wide open. Seen 2 empty trailers.I couldn't have sworn that little green light on the battery charger meant hot batteryies !
Somebody should have went to church this morning and tried fishing this afternoon. The Good Lord does have a sense of humor.
